It's going to take a team effort... Scott needs to tweak the system to open up the floor for everyone, he has to put not only Kobe but everyone in a place to succeed.. Kobe's not the only one having a horrid year, the team as a whole is just plain bad.. it's not n all star cast but their's more talent on this team than they are showing

Kobe cannot play the types of minutes he's playing, anyone who's actually watched the games has noticed he's been wearing down, he's been dropping hints for 3 weeks now.. So Scott needs to limit the minutes and Kobe has to admit he's not capable at this time of playing heavy minutes and trust his teammates more, let them sink or swim

Lastly the team needs to stop standing around on offense and defense, there's been way too many nights where the team as a whole plays in spurts and the effort has been lacking... they need to move more

i know a lot of them won't be back next season but still, act like you care every single night, not only every 5 or 6 games...

They're playing in a system that is supposed to be defensive based, defense is supposed to be creating offensive opportunities and a half hearted defensive effort just makes life on the other end of the floor harder..

Scotts been fairly consistent with his rotations, nobody other than Kobe was logging big minutes these guys know when they'll be playing there's really no reason for coming into the game and not playing hard
