He is right in what he said about the Bulls.
Completely wrong about the Cavs, though. They might be inconsistent right now, but their players are simply too good to play like this until the end of the season.
Honestly, I will be surprised if the ECF is not Chicago vs. Cleveland. No disrespect to the other teams.
It's good that there are 4-5 good teams in the East. Last year the Pacers struggled heavily in the Playoffs but they still got to the ECF. This season that won't happen. There are a few good teams ready to take that place if Chicago or Cleveland don't play their best.
