The Rockets talent wise are a fantastic team.

But Kevin McHale may be a bottom 10 tier coach in the NBA.

I shutter to think of him trying to "out smart" Carlisle, Pop and Stotts in a 7 game series. Any Rockets fan will admit he did a disastrous job last season against Terry in the playoffs.

I am unclear why Morey chose to re-sign him for 3 years without seeing him do well in the playoffs unless for tanking purposes. It makes no sense. Literally no team (including the Sixers) would ever consider hiring him so the rush to sign him made no sense.

Harden has improved tremendously and Josh Smith is an incredible acquisition, but there is absolutely no chance McHale can lead them through 3 7 games series against the top coaches in the league.

SUCKS To be a Rockets fan!

Really don't think he's anything like as bad as Rockets fans like to make out. Getting the most out of that roster thus far this year that's for sure.

Not his fault Hardon sucks in the playoffs.

I watched him the last 2 seasons and he's a terrible coach.

Terrible substitutions
Terrible time out decisions
Terrible plays out of a time out

He's a terrible coach but Morey doesn't make his job any easier. Adding pieces left and right with no consideration for chemistry.

Every year rockets have a new team it seems.

He is a shit coach but the Rockets keep him bc he is Morey's puppet. I don't have confidence in him to coach a championship team.
