He's better both sides of the ball but this is unfair on Kawhi seeing as he has missed so much time.

Jimmy is quickly becoming my favorite player in the NBA, but until he has a finals MVP or does something big in general in the play offs, there really is not much of an argument for JB over Kawhi at this point.

This actually is one of the most legit comparisons out there.

Jimmy plays in a system that allows him to be a more focal scorer since he is the only wing player that can get his within the flow + consistently.

Kawhi is a beast but is constrained (and helped) because generally the Spurs have good perimeter(ish) players like Parker, Ginobles, Diaw playing point forward etc.

I'd say Jimmy > Kawhi though at this point. Jimmy has shown this season what he can do offensively. They are both such solid players though..tough call.

Leonard has done it TWICE on the biggest stage of the NBA - true, it was not for a long period of time, but it was under the most intense pressure - so the high ceiling and potential are there. Whether he can do it night, after night is another story.

Butler, I have not watched enough to comment, but I would think that he's the one who has more to prove as this is the regular season, and not the NBA Finals.

Thy guy that has more heart and passes the eye test better is Kawhi, but Jimmy is an up and comer. If he ever gets to the big stage, I think he will prove himself.
