To be fair, I don't think anyone is.

Rose was a better closer and Lillard and a couple others too.

But I don't agree with the LeBron comparison. Westbrook's stats are highly impactful but I never got that sense when watching LeBron. I thought he was a dominant athlete but he really didn't impact the game like a true GOAT candidate. So yes, they both struggle in the clutch. LeBron is more a mental thing and with Westbrook it is a mixture of: bad coaching, good defense(teams ramp up the D late), and Westbrook's bad touch.

Westbrook is a guy who will play 100% all game. Other teams aren't capable of doing it, so he will often get hot and rack up a ton of points/assists very quick. In the flow of the game. But in a half court setting late? Doesn't always work out.

With Kevin Durant you got a guy that is almost 7 feet, long, great shooter, fearless, poised, hungry, and determined to will his team to victory in crunch time and he handles it with grace I haven't seen since MJ himself.
