I am attempting to use NBA League Pass on my computer to see if I can get HD via it (I have Comcast and it does not provide LP games in HD  )--but it remains stuck on 90 percent loaded each time. Has anyone had this problem before? If so, what can be done about it?

Gasol with a good start to the game!

Both teams missing easy buckets, the defense has not been that good

Why is Brooks taking so many 26 foot three pointers?

Bulls defense has been so average this year. They arent even top 10, despite usually being top 2 or 3 at worst. I think Thibs has been adjusted too and now he needs to mix it up alittle bit.

poido123
01-01-2015, 10:04 PM
The difference between our best and worst is light years apart.

We win on back to backs against top notch teams then lose to shit teams with rest at home..

Makes no sense.

I think you have no clue what you're talking about.

We have great defenders who will ramp it up in the playoffs when it matters. I've seen elite defense from this team in some of the games, no need to go flat stick all year.

Our problem was offense, not defense. We have both now.

Noah also, both need months to reach their best form.

Both the team and these two players have been very inconsistent.

Rose has one awesome game and then an average one then two duds...

I have no idea what's going on, it's strange as hell.

Rose needs to understand that when he is off...don't shoot. This team can handle scoring with him just driving and passing. 2-14 a second game in a row is unacceptable.

Nah. You can only shoot your way out of a slump, dude. You have to regain the touch by having the confidence in yourself. Just don't become obsessed with getting it back to the point it's derailing the offense by shooting too much.

He is back on the bench taped up. He may return to the game but even if he does not at least the issue is not serious.

Yeah, I doubt Butler will win the MVP but I would like to see him get consideration and he likely would finish in the top 5 in voting if the Bulls win the top seed.

Jimmy = old school tough

You are aware that guys like jordan and Pippen played 40 minutes a game along with all the events and never bothered them?

What burns players out is the off and on court stuff, which you and I don't know. Butler is incredibly fit and well prepared for long games.

Burning players out is something of the new generation players who are weak minded.

Look what it did to Deng, who also doesn't seem like a party animal to me. I just don't see the point in playing a guy 40 mpg over 82 games. Save his ass for the play-offs.

Yep and it's purely a person to person basis.

The coach and the player knows how much they can handle.

Rose killed it in the 4th ... finally started taking it to the rim. I think he's been saving that for the playoffs, being conservative with his body.

given that rose is just a TIER below curry, paul and westbrook this season - where do you guys rate him, exactly? battling with john wall for 4th or 5th best point guard rights?

Wall on OKC and the Clippers and they both would definitely have a better record than they do now. He's a far superior PG than Curry and what, two baskets away on offense. Rose is hurt and only looking for a ring so he's not top tier now and not trying to prove himself at all. Ironically, of the others, Wall is the only one not trying to prove himself as well. I think its a stage. Usually a top tier doesn't have to prove himself. He's just good.

We haven't seen Rose yet truly playing to the best of his capabilities with the leash off.

He's obviously been on minutes restriction. And pretty sure he's conserving himself, thus the jump shot happy game. When he wants to drive, and put his body on th eline he's as good of a PLAYER as any of those guys.

In terms of being an actual PG, and quarterbacking your team?

1) Chris Paul
2) Steph Curry
3) D. Rose / Wall
4) Westbrook

With a healthy D. Rose, going full bore, he's as good or better than any of those guys with the possible exception being Chris Paul.

as pure point guards, you might be right, although i would rate westbrook RIGHT NOW ahead of wall and rose, who are heads and tails right now (only fitting for callipari alumni). as players, i think you got to rate all those guys over rose at this point.

rose IS playing his way back into rythm - and ya, we haven't seen WHAT he is consistently because of the lingering injuries - but you still gotta go with the sure-thing, stable crop.

I agree, but I know both Rose himself and management are holding back. I'd co-sign putting all those guys over him as it stands right now. Even Wall, and Derrick outplayed him in their most recent meeting. But things can change the second we see Derrick being more aggressive, getting more minutes and putting more effort out there.

Curry is averaging 7.7 assist/3.4 turnovers with possibly the most stacked roster in the league. Westbrook is at 7.2 assists/3.8 turnovers without Durant most games and Perkins/Roberson getting lot of minutes. But Curry is a better PG? Curry is just as turnover prone and trigger happy as Russ. :oldlol:

Best PGs at running a team are Paul and Wall, Curry/Westbrook are the best scoring PGs, and Rose/Lilard/Lowry are the best mix of both styles.

We will see who steps up in the playoffs.

yeah - when rose IS on his game, i dont think even chris paul's in the convo. watching him turn cp3 into shredded beef in their h2h's a couple seasons back was enough for me. i know the guy's potential.

at their absolute best - westbrook and rose are totally unguardable, and imo, the best pointguards.

sure, they may not be the MOST "pure" at their posisiton, but so what? dominance > fundamentals, just ask shaq. :lol
