In process of learning triangle offense. the main problem is that they need some quality players to play such complex offense system. i can't see they have more than 3 players able to play it.

He got a very raw deal.

Both him and D'Antoni are good coaches (though they do both tend to rub players the wrong way).

The losing has snowballed.
They lost a few and then it keeps building. So their confidence is shot.
