Case in point, your lover boy Kevnyc is so anti-conspiracies he would argue against a fact because it sounded anti-conspiracy. NASA admitted they manipulated their photos; it was reported; it was proven they did it; and he could not wrap it around his own mind they did it, so he posted 5 pages explaining why they couldn't possibly do it.

A photograph and video are pieces of evidence. To you it's not, but to me it is. If it is authentic and there are a variety of photos showing the same thing, then you gotta use a process of elimination and figure out what it is. That is the scientific method. You have to analyze your data and draw your conclusions.

This is your methodology:

1. This is a conspiracy.

2. Therefore, it is fake.

3. Even though there is a video, I am going to prove it is false using hypotheticals, strawmans, and character assassinations.

That's your argument. That's the kind of crap you guys keep throwing at me hence I can give two sh*ts.

In the end, you can't escape the truth. You have to formulate your opinions based on the evidence and not go by your preconceived notions of what you FEEL is true or not.

That is the scientific method. You have to analyze your data and draw your conclusions.

Its ****ed up by confirmation bias. To be taken serious in science you have to display a real effort to disprove your new theory...and failing that...are left with the truth. People who go in looking to prove themselves right disregard too much and bend the evidence to fit their take. EVen if you believe something...making every effort to prove it ISNT true...is closer to the scientific method.
