Depends on position, team, and defense.

Neither should even be playing in the NBA with those numbers...

and at best, bench players.

Player A = Jeremy Lin
Player B = Patrick Beverley

Gimme Bev. Not saying that because im a Rockets fan, im saying it because he's just truly the better overall player.

Not arguing that, but do you think Bev is getting a bit too big for his britches? Just saying...it's great that he doesn't shy from the limelight, but he's been shot jacking quite a bit as of late...from what I've seen.

He has, you're right. Last 10 games he's been shooting just 36% from the field. I think some of it has to do with the injury he had a while ago. He looked fine vs the Heat today though, so I think he's just been on a mini-slump.

numbers don't lie but liars use numbers.

All the numbers posted give up the exact info they are attended for so where is the lying in that, nba fans just don't understand how to read numbers in context and rely too heavily on their eye tests.

Numbers, scientific facts are just a record of what happened. It's one moment in time.

Whenever you leap from that and try to put it off as anything other than your opinion or hypothesis... to be like FACT... nah. That's when there are issues.

The eye test is also legit. Numbers can't tell you how the player performed in each situation. Best is to watch the game and then glance over the box score. Altho, as I have said before... I'm pretty comfortable looking over box scores because after you've watched enough bball you can guess pretty well what happened. Especially if it's guys who you know how they play.

Yeah, because every player in every starting five averages 25/5/5 in 30mpg
