Getting Shumpert and JR for Waiters and a 1st Rounder is a win by Cavs. JR replaces the Scoring or Waiters and is better 3 point shooter and Shumpert gives them a good Wing Defender and they will Parlay 1st round pick for a big by deadline like Brandon Wright.
