There's a 5/37 chance of that happening

Would Lebron bringing a title to the Knicks be bigger than winning one for Cleveland?

They won't get any A level free agents.
But they will have cap space to trade for some younger talent.

YES and YES, a superstar winning 1 championship in NYC would be greater than MJ winning 6 in Chicago. Look at how Messier is treated in NYC, and thats hockey. A basketball championship in MSG would be like having an orgasm while doing coke and speed and finding out you won the lottery

Yes because free agents are lining up to go to a lottery team....

You gotta post who the free agents are

The trade today wasn't simply for the future.
The locker room is toxic and so they started remaking the locker room.
More moves likely to follow.

I think so. There's the narrative of Cleveland not winning anything in 50 years and of course he's from there.

But more people just give a crap about NY than Cleveland. Look at all the stuff surrounding the Cowboys in the playoffs now. That would be NY if they had any semi-realistic chance at an NBA championship.

Won't make much difference, Fisher is a terrible coach.

think about double up on the power of the Jacksons and they can't lose.

Pull a Deron williams to the nets type move. pay for a borderline all star system type player who is then hampered by injuries and underperforms in the his first year...

Of a 5 year 125 million dollar contract

My bets on Klove

**** it up completely, is my guess. But what do I know. I only predicted the Bucks would make the playoffs and the Knicks would suck pungent ass this year. And look how that turned out.

Overpay some fringe star whose career suddenly goes down the tubes. That's been the Knicks way for over a decade now.

Well let's see they will have about 30m capspace to spend this summer

Reggie Jackson 2/16
Wes Matthews 3/30
Greg Monroe 3/40
Seems Realistic
and then some minor moves here and there. This is assuming they strike out on all the big names.

why would they take 2 and 3 year deals?

should rather talk about the draft when it comes to NY

They made bad move after bad move. Now they are just clearing out the roster. Literally giving players away.

It appears to me that they are in panic mode.

What's there to talk about? It's Okafor/Towns/Mudiay in that order.

Lebron chances of coming to the New York Cancers are 0.00001% anyway.

I am not sure for Gasol, but no way in hell Lebron goes to Knicks. Why is this Knicks troll still delusional? Lebron teased with your shitty franchise many times, and never made his way to the Knicks. Keep daydreaming, if this is what you need to do to survive a harsh life working at Mcdonald's.

Why would they need to do that when Phil "fleeced" Dallas in the Chandler deal? Remember Dalembert has the same numbers per 36 as Chandler. Chip this year for the Knicks.

Well they are 5-32, dropped the last 12 and are the worst team in the league. If anything, the time is now to rid yourself of bad contracts and look to the future. The team as constructed has no chance so might as well save money

realistic? Monroe already turned that kind of money down. He is getting maxed (at about 15 mil per). Not much more than your projection, but enough to ruin your other moves.
