Kevin Durant on Dion Waiters: "We're going to make him feel wanted. I don't think he's felt that the last few years."

Honestly speaking though, how many minutes do you think he'll get per game? Lots of wings on this team and you'd think Brooks will keep playing Westbrook/Reggie/Morrow/Roberson mostly the same # of minutes as they have before the trade. Maybe more small ball line ups?

At least OKC has enough young wings that they can bench Dion if he plays stupidly and still move onto the next guy. Not sure if OKC will be his long term home, but I'd be surprised if he doesn't adjust his on-court attitude at least a little bit by season's end out of resentment towards CLE.

OK, so let me get this straight, Dion Waiters, Kevin Durant, Russel Westbrook, Reggie Jackson.

Hopefully they can work out the shots situation without taking away offense from the teams best players. Let's see what coach Brooks comes up with.

Maybe they have another move coming before the deadline, especially if they're back in the 7-8 range.

Must feel refreshing leaving LeStatPad's team. Anyone remember this vine?

Waiters was partying it up with Meek Mill last night now that he gets to play for a contender.

The chucker wanted the ball? You don't say.

Waiters should fit in better on OKC. As long as most of his minutes are when Durant/Westbrook are on the bench.

Durant seems pretty chill considering that this is the 3rd guy on the team that will be waving him off with regularity:lol

It's a good trade for OKC, that Robertson guy isn't good enough to close out games, Waiters could be work out as sg, if he doesn't they could have go back robertson, they didn't give away anything significant for Waiters.

Homecourt is thunders main priority to get out of the west really.

Its a bit too muddy to see who/what rotation they will need/run if faced with the East champ.

Durant/Westbrook as a duo hadnt really been picked apart yet.
but still, even the most basic double team/tripple teaming against them based on a squad who is talented and deep enough would suffice.

We've made K-Mart, Caron, and now Morrow stick to their role on this team. Won't be hard doing the same with D-Waiters. :applause:

Dude is part of the Familia now. Everybody's gonna appreciate his talents and what he brings to this team.
