Shit makes you hyperfocus and in the right hands can be used for performance enhancement, no?

Yes. For like 30 minutes. And you better have a lot of cash in your wallet.

It's a stimulant, but I don't think it should be considered a PED, anymore than something like Weed or Alcohol. I've played basketball on coke before, and the only difference I noticed is I seemed to lose my breath quicker. Like playing sports on Marijuana, I think the most likely outcome is that you may THINK you're playing better.... :oldlol:

Doesn't it help you focus better and increase your metabolism? I would think that would help you temporarily in a fight as you can get into a 'zone' almost as you can focus better. If speed is considered PED, so should coke.
Of course, the long-term effects are dangerous & very addictive.
Unrestrained energy makes unfocused

Yes it is, and it is banned, not just illegal by US laws, but banned by the NBA.
You don't need to use it while playing, if that is your argument. Maybe someone needs to use it for other reasons, like they want a shortcut to drop some weight, or whatever poor logic they may have for using it.

Yes until it cause a fatal arrhythmia.
Cocaine was one of the first agents used for induction of anesthesia and is still used in some parts of the world.

In my experience cocaine does not make me scatterbrained but very focused... I used it to study one night and it worked like a charm. Love that booger sugar.
Both just get me hyped as shit and loving the moment your in whatever you are doing. I was loving studying cus it was so easy and I was knocking it out so effortlessly... when you are out and about everything is just awesome.
Hell yea they are PED's... freaking crank strength man. PRetty sure the Lakers used to do lines before games and at halftime during the showtime era. Shit... I would too what an amazing feeling being cheered playing the sport you already love high on cocaine. It's still happening now you can bet your ass on it. Meth on the other hand... I am sure it's been done but I would prefer Coke to Meth if playing a sport.

There are better suited and less 'full-on' stimulants that would be more effective for improving basketball performance.
Kratom would probably be nice, and the coca leaf itself would be more effective than its more potent derivative.

Well considering you don't have to use it in game, you can just do it and then go lift weights like a goddamned fiend while running a marathon. I would say yes.
Guys like Babe Ruth didn't have HGH, but coke and meth were legal.
