Last I heard he was waived by 76s but with his size and mobility surely there's still a need for defensive big off the bench in the NBA. I know he's pretty much useless offensively. But so is Perkins.
He's only 32 is he retired?

He actually has a decent offensive post game.
Better than Flop Griffin's for sure.

I'm probably the only one that saw something in Brown the rest of the board didn't :oldlol:
Talent.
He clogges the middle , boards , decent outlet passer , and actually has a mid range game.
I still think he could play , because a big like him seldom got minutes , so his legs are probably still pretty good.
I am surprised the Spurs didn't pick him up as a backup , but looking back at his old team the Lakers , they should bit the bullet , and sign him.
He played well for the Char's and he could reunit with MJ.
* many players in the league said he was a great locker room guy.

He could still put up 20-10 on a bad team.

So Kwame is the savior of the Lakers?

Kwame averaged 13/8 for the Lakers one season.
No clue why he was the scapegoat.
Sure, he ****ed up blatantly a lot, but he really wasn't that bad. Sucks he never reached his full potential. IF only he had ever been coached by a decent coach instead of that trash wizards coach and Phil Trashson.

Those are Roy Hilbbert numbers of late.
He's just being judged because of the no1 draft pick. Teams automatic think they're not going to get value.
For someone with his size he's actually got good mobility and is not the worst.

:biggums:
Where did wou you saw those numbers? His best season as a Lakers was 8/6 in 41 games while he was making 8M and was a former 1st pick . Yeah no reason for him to be trashed at all. :coleman:

I think that may have been his last season with the Wizards.
I know he averaged close to a double double but I don't feel like looking.

I did not see any of his midrange game with the Lakers. Kwame has some potential. He can actually make an explosive move around the post but he gets cute when he tries to finish it. Hence Stu Lantz comment Million Dollar Move but a Nickel Finish. Anyway, he was a good on ball defender and he made a career because of his man to man defense. Just did not have the IQ to read plays and anticipate so he's always late as a help defender so he never have that defensive impact. And just like his offense, he always seems to rush his moves and just don't have the IQ to read the defense. He's like one of the prime example of someone that should have to college. Those coaches would have the patience to develop him instead of coming to NBA where he has to go through all that cutthroat work environment that people like Jordan do whatever it takes to win.

When he played for the Bobcats he was a different player than from the time his was with the Lakers.
That's why I was surprised he was dropped by them , but the whole franchise was in flux at the time.
