The Oklahoma City Thunder were poised for a mini dynasty before they traded Harden.

Had they kept him, fired Scott Brooks and replaced him with almost any other coach in the NBA (picking up Kerr or SVG would've been perfect), they'd probably be on their way to a 3rd straight title.

They would have 3 top 10 players along with a perennial DPOY in Ibaka.

(They would've still lost to the Heat in 2012, but they would've beat them in 2013 and 2014).

*To be clear: They would have needed to keep Harden and hire a good coach for this to happen.*
