According to OP the entire city of Cleveland has possibly torn it's ACL. Thus taking a huge blow ending the season.

Pretty sure he's trying to make a joke about Joey Crawford, because it looked like he may have popped an Achilles during the Clippers/Dallas game just now. He went to the Clipper bench, had a trainer look at his leg, limped to the lockerroom, and left the game.

But the spurs aren;'t gonna be WCF champs this year
