Inspires the 2nd team to play hard , impact the team , and most of all loves his teammates.

I would also say James Johnson, but he's probably going to be a future permanent starter.

Bulls: (Note our team has so many great bench players)

1. Taj Gibson. Very obvious choice. Would start as PF for most of the teams in this league. Good rebounder, great defense. Feet is always moving. Hands are always up. Very good offensive skill set that includes fakes, fadeaways, hook shots. His back to the basket game is very under-rated unless you consistently watch the Bulls.

2. I wanted to choose someone that people don't really know so I will go with Et'waun Moore this month. He has really played steady and good defense in the very limited minutes Thibodeau has given him this month. The shots he has taken he has made the most out of as well.
