Its clear to me now that if you are a person of colour whether you live in the Middle East or Africa or even if you are white but you are non Jewish and live in Eastern Europe, your lives aren't as important.

So I feel a lot worse for the people who had no choice in the matter, who just got killed in their homes for something completely out of their control. Those people have a much higher level of innocence than those Charlie fellas.

Well, terrorists are dangerous. The Charlie Hebdo buildings had police guards for a reason. They knew what they were doing was dangerous. So I just sit back and wonder, how are their deaths worth millions of protesters while others lives are worth 3 sentences in the middle of a newspaper?

This is your problem. You think the internet is the world. In the language of the real world, they weren't 'trolling' anyone (no one is forced to buy or read this publication), merely satirising something. That some idiots decided to kill them over it only goes to show that their satire was more effective than most.

Neither is worthy of 'more sympathy' - being butchered at home, or at work, neither one is more inherently more noble than the other. Though in the instance of this attack there is certainly reason for the French to be more upset about this than Boko Haram, without being racist, though your tiny little mind fails to grasp it.

You know, the argument i haven't seen made, even though it is valid, is that what these journalists did was particularly noble, because by making themselves obvious targets, they were protecting others (intentionally or not). These people were going to carry out an attack regardless of whether Charlie Hebdo were publishing cartoons - the cartoons simply made them choose Charlie Hebdo.

You seem to think that because they had a choice, that makes it a less important story. You're wrong. It makes it even more important.
