That black and white show in the picturesque cliche 1960's southern town of Mayberry, filled with charming friendly white folks (unless you were black then they'd probably run you out of town). But anyways, they cast typical all-american looking kid to play the role of Sheriff Andy Taylor's son Opie, remember him?
