Not yet. Economists note that wages and prices can be "sticky." (http://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/price_stickiness.asp) I would think until airlines are sure oil is going to stay low, they won't lower prices and then get stuck if something happens.

They also tend to buy oil well in advance.
