not sure on his season averages, but he did have a 43/29 game this past sunday.

Blatche has always had all-star ability

Pros:
-Size/Strength for his position (the 4, he's not a 5)
-Handle (elite handle for his size)
-Shooting (very good midrange shooter)
-Decent post game, because of the threat of him facing up or shooting a turnaround J

Cons:
-He doesn't give a ****
-He takes bad shots
-Not a hustle player
-Poor at setting screens or playing PnR
-Low effort on D
-Shooting range is not consistent out to 3
-Was in poor shape as a Wizard. Couldn't play to his max potential for long stretches


You can overlook a lot of problems with a PF, as long as they can hit the 3 and therefore be a full on stretch 4. Blatche hasn't really shown that ability.

If a team needs more big man depth, and/or scoring off the bench, go for it. Just make sure you can keep him motivated, because otherwise he'll be "hurt" and tossing up his salary in strip clubs in no time.
