They work like dogs as analysts. I'm talking 90-100 hours at least especially if you want to succeed in I-banking and eventually become an associate and so and so. The pay is pretty ridiculous if you work for a top tier bank after college (potential of earning 100k with bonuses at 22 years old).

Trading analysts have way better hours but their earnings potential is low. It's more lucrative but has a lot of downsides if you aren't a great trader.
