Dieng for now, Noel for the future because he's like 5 years younger.

Dieng is better right now, but he's 4 years older than Noel so I don't really see him having that much of a ceiling. If Noel develops consistent offense, he should become the better player since he should have the higher ceiling so I'll probably go with him.

Both are already good defenders.
