Westbrook but LeBron is incredibly underrated on ISH. He had some crazy posters and threw it down with a ton of power. Westbrook's motions before dunking and his movements towards the rim are almost as good as his dunks. He's just a monster. Greatest PG dunker of all time. Healthy Rose would have been tied but he hasn't been nearly the same, obviously.
