He is probably the best scorer right now but it's not hard to be so efficient when you can't be doubled. Replace Westbrook and Serge with players from the teams of the other guys and there would be a swing in those stats..

when westbrook went down he was doubled almost all the time last year and still dominated... it was a thing of beauty and I can only imagine how much more KD would dominate playing for a good coach as opposed to a horrible one...

How much of that is predicated on the way players guard him?

Dudes out there are too scared to get physical with him due to the frequency of calls he gets out there for the slightest touch. Even guys like Wade, Kobe, Bron, Jordan, Magic, etc... The refs at least allowed him to be playable. One flop from this dude and it is free throws.
