Tyrus Thomas was an OKAY player when the Hornets were the Bobcats. Kinda dumb, but athletic and has a good midrange J.

Plays decent, maybe above average defense, not a very good rebounder.

He played his way out of the league and into coaches doghouses by doing his own thing. If he matured, he certainly has enough athletic promise, even being out of the league, to be an NBA player again. But that's a big what if in the midst of a generation that spends more time in front of a screen than putting in the labor.

I think he won't last, it's just a tryout, he was never a good player, relied too much on his athleticism, haven't seen him in like 3 years, he could be ok, but nothing more than a end of bench guy.
