Sixers decided to tank the entire season away from Day 1. They didn't make even one move in the summer to try and get better, or sign any free agent to win more games. Just wrong.

Halfway thru a season = 41 games. Sorry but your team didn't decide to tank at that point. Phil did nothing to the roster to improve the team. He had no intentions on doing so. Why is that?
