Either Germany takes actions and has majority of control to make all decisions (they were against stupid QE plan)

Or EU will fall.

What does the "EU will fall" mean? What outcomes would mean the EU has fallen?

Us going to fall within a decade, no joke. It was a good run though, not many countries sty atop for 7-8 decades.

I thank you for promoting democracy, capitalism and sending communism to hell. It's time for Europe to dominate again, this time as one.
Mass brainwashing 101: How do you get people to follow you? Introduce a crisis to force the need of unity. WW3=crisis, people stay together and work together in the face of a major crisis, problem solved for now.

Not necessarily the EU, but the euro itself most definitely will fail eventually, no matter how much desperate politicians try to prop it up. Theoretically, it never looked like working, and any sensible economist would have urged moronic politicians against its adoption (many did, in fact). Power-grabbing mentality wins though - take away a nation's control over its money supply and interest rates, and whatever sovereignty it has left is largely symbolic.
