Coach K would say otherwise, he became the winningest coach in college basketball at MSG, now he recorded his 1,000 win at MSG.

Lets get real and face facts people, this is where big events happen, this is where people want to see big events and when the Knicks become relevant again WATCH OUT!

Btw when Jordan was at his peek, there wasnt any buzz for MJ coming on the road vs the Warriors or the Kings or the Nets. NOPE, MJ at Madison Square in the 80's and 90's was THE PLACE TO BE.

Coach K JUST SAID, "MSG is reveered, best place for basketball AND, a palace"

Okafor/Durant/Melo/Dragic/Gasol- BOOK IT!

So, are you happy with the Garden being famous for what visiting teams and players did there? Because I've never heard a Cavs fan brag about what a great shot MJ hit on Craig Ehlo.

Im simply pointing out that MSG has real BUZZ for Knick games. You saw that in the 90s when the Knicks and bulls had EPIC playoffs games.

Were the Warriors, Kings, or Nets ever a hot ticket despite Jordan's presence in the 80's and 90's ? What was the buzz about Jordan on the road against the Sixers, Celtics, Pistons or Lakers ?

Most Cavs fans aren't quite as stupid as he is. Most people in general.

msg might have the worst hca factor i can think of, so instead of the opps being intimidated they actually play inspired which results in a lot of ass whippings for the home team. in terms of NBA history it really can't be compared to the Forum or the Garden to the north. If we are talking boxing and other sporting events than msg deserves its share of appreciation.

You know what, it kind of it is like Mecca in that it is a place where some of the most delusional people in the world gather in large numbers.
