They're just not a great team and have been battling injuries all season long. They need some stability at this point.

They will fire Scott just like cleveland did when they decide its time to stop tanking.

Ditto. Say what you want about Scott but he's been able to get these scrubs to play some lock down defense on some of our closest games.

I can only imagine what he could've did if we hired him instead of MD after we traded for Dwight.

Scott will eventually be fired most likely but the Lakers are lacking a direction at this point. They need to acquire the piece that potentially can be the next Laker great. Being upset over hiring/firings seems like small potatoes compared to actually acquiring talent and having a multi faceted rebuilding approach. currently they have all their eggs in the big name FA basket.

no pun intended

All Byron really does is ride on Kobe's dick.

The sooner Kob' retires the better at this point. I love the guy, he's a legend, but really, it's time for him to hang them up.

Weren't you the one saying Jeremy Lin was going to be better than John Wall this season? Ohhh the irony

Scott should stay until we fully rebuild into a 2nd round team.

Then he has my permission to go.

But i do like the tank job. Just tank and get picks, tank and trade expirers for late first rounders, i.e. jordan hill, lin, nash

No reason to fire him, he's the perfect coach for a tank job :applause:

This is true. He was always just a figurehead coach anyways.

The tank needs a professional tank commander. Scott stays for the foreseeable future.

I agree, but he seems spineless in LA.
