For those who watched his early career only, he became a much better player after his D-League stint and has played extremely well the last two seasons even offensively.

He has 17.6 PER this season and is now barely playing for the Raptors. There hasn't been any noticeable slide in his play. The same thing happened last season at least Lionel Hollins had the excuse that some worse but more prestigious veterans were back from injury.

His play on the court is unselfish, he hustles on defense and though he's not a great shooter he is very consistently able to get to the basket on and off the ball and finish or create for others. Does anyone know why coaches don't give him minutes?
