Ooh man I haven't been on here in a minute. But anyways..

Didn't see a thread for this, so here we go. Your all star reserve selections/predictions here. I believe the format is you choose either 4 backcourt & 3 frontcourt or vice versa. Mine:

EAST
G Jeff Teague, ATL
G Jimmy Butler, CHI
G Kyrie Irving, CLE
G Kemba Walker, CHA
F Kevin Love, CLE
F Paul Millsap, ATL
C Al Horford, ATL

WEST
G Damian Lillard, POR
G Chris Paul, LAC
G James Harden, HOU (probably will start)
G Russell Westbrook, OKC
G Klay Thompson, GSW
F Kevin Durant, OKC
F LaMarcus Aldridge, POR
C DeMarcus Cousins, SAC
F/C *Tim Duncan, SAS

One of those West guards will replace Kobe

Don't think Aldridge will play in the ASG but he should get the honor/invite, so I nominate Tim in his place though there's other good choices as well.

That last East guard spot is hard, it can go to Kemba, D-Rose, D-Wade or Bradley Beal IMO and I wouldn't really care. Kemba (before the recent injury) has been fantastic for the Hornets & has helped them climb back in the playoff race so I gave it to him.

Kemba but No Wade? :biggums:

Nvm, saw edit. Bradley Beal has absolutely no shot.

Looks pretty good, I'd be very very surprised if D-Wade doesn't get the nod over Irving/Walker though. Not sure if Walker will be able to play by then anyway.

I wouldn't take him over Wade, Walker, or Rose TBH but I could see him getting a spot due to the Wizards' success so far.

With Kobe out injured, James Harden would be starting HOPEFULLY. So, I didn't include him. If LaMarcus is out, Timmy comes in for him. Really tried to get in one Mavs for either Russ or KD since they didn't play a lot of games but with Monta kind of cooling off a bit, went with Russ and KD ultimately because an All-Star contest without either those two won't be as fun. But, I wouldn't mind if one of the Mavs, be it Monta or Dirk get in for one of those.

From the East, it was tough. So many quality guards who are having good seasons. So, I have Butler as a Small Forward. Had to include Korver considering the kind of insane season he is having. Having four Hawks even though them have bene outstanding would have been overkill. So had to exclude Al Horford. Brandon Knight deserves to be thre though. The BUcks have been a pleasant surprise this season and considering how they haven't completely folded after injury to Jabbari, Knight has to be in the team.

Wade
Butler
Teague
Kyrie

Horford
Milsap
Bosh

2 wildcards i think have a small chance are Rose amd Knight.Rose is just so popular .his ppg and fg% is really gonna hurt him. knight is the odd man out right now

Guys with no chance

Kemba -has to many negs like every season for him to make it(low fg%,losing team)
Beal-role player for right now
Korver-hes a specialist,dosnet matter if his team is 82-0

The 3 East front court reserves is a given, theres really nobody else...Kevin Love? 1-8 without LeBron, hes been a mess all year,no chance..I dont care that Bosh is on a losing team his rep hasnt took a hit like Loves..

OOOK :facepalm...just give it to D-Rose LOL. They possible could reward Atlanta with 4 because of Kyle Korver shooting over 50% from 3, but I think three's good enough.

surprised nobody mentions iggy or bogut or even tyson chandler. They're playing high IQ team basketball this season.

Kemba Walker is out, and looks like Wade will be too.

But, since these rosters were probably picked sometime over the weekend Wade might be there.
