I don't think of it as "staying healthy"
I think of it as "getting all the injuries out" during the season, so he's fresh come playoff time :pimp:

I know.. Thought he was referring to him missing the game tonight leading to the loss.. They need to put a 25 min a game no backs to backs on the guy

The Hawks proved that they can win grind out games when they bounced back and beat the Thunder last week.
Can the Warriors win grind it out games? A role player (which is what Bogut is) shouldn't be the critical to the Warriors winning.

I've seen better teams than the Hawks fail to win the close ones.

1) Hawks are playing well (16-game win streak, won 30 of last 32, 37-8 record) but we can't see how well they match up with the Warriors until they actually play each other. I'd wait on agreeing until watching them play each other.
2) The Warriors still almost beat the Bulls despite shooting a sub-thirty three-point percentage. Warriors have been so successful this season, partially thanks to being able to consistently hit threes at such a high volume with such efficiency (39.0%). I definitely disagree with this one.
3) Andrew Bogut is a borderline top 5 center right now, with a defensive rating of 94 while holding opponents to shoot 42.8% around the rim. While he doesn't contribute much offensively, he is a dominant defensive force despite only playing 24.2 minutes. He is also the best rebounder on the team with 8.7 per game. I disagree with this too.

How about the first round last year when they nearly took out a team with 25 more wins and home court advange? And this team is way better than they were in April of last year.

Well you can spin it that way if you want. I saw a team with 3-2 lead choke twice vs a team they had enough ability to beat.

A reeling team that still went on to beat one of everyones darlings (Washington) in the very next round.
Fact is... They should have been swept. They made it a 7 game series despite having a very unfavorable match up.

Cavs/Hawks is actually an intriguing discussion.
The Hawks aren't as big a paint presence as the Warriors, so they won't be able to exploit Love's defense like other teams can, especially now that Mozgov is backing him up.
Hawks biggest weakness is rebounding, and Cleveland is a solid rebounding team.
Would be an interesting series

Love's defense is a lot more covered up with Mozgov backing him up, and with Kyrie/LeBron playing good perimeter D. Once Shumpert finds his flow, it will be a much different story.
Interestingly enough, the Cavs and Hawks have blown each other out this year

That actually will work out being a benefit for the Cavs. I'd rather play a team with jump shooting bigs than a duo like Gasol/Randolph ... particularly randolph

Mozgov will be strung out to the perimeter.
That's the one advantage the Hawks have. They can stretch Timofey and Love out.... Anderson V and Thompson are probably more valuable against the Hawks than those two.
Timofey is a decent shot blocker, but he is not elite.

Agree. Honestly, I'd probably put money on the hawks if i had to, but I think Cavs/Hawks could be a great series, and either team could win. If the Cavs pick it up even more than they have lately, we could be seeing Cavs in the finals
I hope someone else can knock out ATL earlier though tbh :lol Though I doubt it. Hawks in the finals is looking pretty damn likely

I wonder whom the NBA would want to win between the hawks (no stars) and a lebron led cavs team...
Playoffs are what they are. Back to OP though, the Warriors are capable of overcoming all three of those points, but they they definitely live or die by the 3 ball. In 7 games I think they can work through a slump.

40.6% vs. 36.9%
The difference between taking contested 3pt vs. taking uncontested 3pt shots.
