vehicle is on its last leg.. i always hear stories of people buying badass cars for cheap like 2-5k thru repos or auctions.. how do i get in on this?.. is it really that easy?

anyone please help

You need a dealer license or something that allows you to go to these auctions and buy these cars. It is not open to the public. A friend of mine, his father does this, has a license.
