Impact/stats ratio... seems as relevant as navigation efficiency and off-ball passing. Very important.

Durant isn't a starter simply because he missed a ton of time with injuries. All evidence including counting or box score stats, on/off stats and visual analysis points to him being a huge impact player.

Kobe Bryant has been a poor player this year and was voted as a starter because he was an ATG who played at a very high level a few years ago in a big city. Evaluating players based on whether they are starting in the all star game is silly.

The dude has played 20 Games this year. 20. He is shooting 52% with 40% from 3 and has a great PER. Your idol has one thing in common with him though, being the second best player on his team currently.
