He was solid from 05-11 or so, last year he was horrendous, this season he doesn't even pretend to try. He's make a D-leaguer look like Shaq and Kareem all rolled into one.

Duncan is still solid. So is Gasol. Dirk's pick and roll defense is the worst I have ever seen from a big man.
