Since becoming Cleveland's GM:

- Signs best player on planet (himself) to Cleveland Cavaliers

- Acquires Kevin Love

- Acquires veteran leaders Marion/Miller/Jones

- Makes fantastic trade: essentially trading Dion "Cancer" Waiters to his biggest rival's (Westbrook) team, and acquiring Mozgov, Jr Smith, and Iman Shumpert.

He's got my vote. Thoughts?

The only real front office move LeBron James is directly responsible for in the past year was Miami desperately drafting Shabazz Napier because he was given the James stamp of approval.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that didn't work out the way they were thinking it might.
