Call me crazy but I think the Rockets are MUCH better without Dwight offensively. If they can patch things together on defense, they should be fine

Basically 4 weeks.
Subtract the 1 and a half weeks for the ASB and it doesn't look nearly as bad.

The thing is...he could be out longer than a month. At this point they're just saying "at least a month"

You're not crazy at all for saying, the Rockets' offense actually flows way better without Dwight. We always feed him in the post and it either ended up becoming a miss or a stupid turnover. Pissed me off. Last season it was a little different, because he was much healthier. This season, he says his knee has really been bothering him. I think that was the main reason why he was struggling when he played offense.
The Rockets' only problem with Dwight out is defense and rebounding. D-Mo is a pretty good offensive player, but he's definitely not the defender/rebounder Dwight was/is. With Dwight out, more guys will be scoring in the paint area against us. Gonna be a problem.

Just wondering- will Capella get any burn now with Dwight out? He's put up nice D League stats. He's probably not ready for much, but does anybody foresee him getting any PT, or will Dorsey continue to get mins while T Jones gets re-acclimated?

If Dwight would just play the role he's best suited for, he'd be great. Tyson Chandler style scoring primarily off lobs and putbacks while focusing on defense and boards.
It's just too bad that he played so many years in the East against shitty bigs and now feels entitled to being a big part of the offense.
Not LA's problem anymore though :pimp:
