Extremely rare that you hurt yourself shoveling snow. I'm just surprised that he does it himself.
Not even remotely thread worthy. Mods.

Hmm....you would think he could get someone to do this for him. Good for Rose.....I actually enjoy seeing millionaires do shit like this for themselves. :applause:

I usually can't stand Rose but I can respect him for actually shoveling himself out.
Reminds me of what I spent this morning doing.

Larry Birds terrible back injury came shoveling in his yard I believe making his driveway. If he hired help Larry might have played till 1996.

In all seriousness though, look how damn shiny that car is.
I wouldn't exactly pick a Bentley if I had the money, but looks damn good.

You can spot the really unreasonable wankers in this thread. A rich young man shovelling snow off his own car and you find a way to hate, lol **** off pathetic losers.

I hate these winters now as an adult. Need to move to warmer conditions. Props to Derrick for digging his own Bently out though. I consider that to be pretty impressive to be honest.

that Bentley should easily drive over that snow...
exactly and what makes it even weirder is he can just drive forward too so I don't understand why he is shoveling behind the back wheels.

I've never heard an explanation for his back anywhere beyond it just being a recurring issue linked to wear and tear. You could be right, I don't know his career was over by the time I first started paying attention to sports in any kind of depth.
I don't know anyone that's done real damage to themselves digging snow and every home and car owner in Boston has to have it done a few times a winter but if that's how Bird got hurt I just have one more reason to hate these blizzards.

I think it was shoveling gravel, not snow. It's mentioned in this (http://seattlepostglobe.org/2011/02/23/the-larry-bird-magic-johnson-rivalry-a-tale-of-mutual-jealousy-and-respect/) article but I can remember hearing it somewhere else first. Possibly an ESPN documentary on the Magic-Bird rivalry.
