I do think that Payton and Gordon will both be good players longterm.

The Magic just need to find out as quickly as they can if Vaughn is their guy or not. Just from being a Thunder fan and seeing the situation with Brooks play out, I don't see how hanging onto a coach who longterm isn't going to help you contend is ever the right move.
