Steve Kerr blew up the Suns by trading Prime Marion for Shaq and basically killing that team's Run n Gun ...

After the Warriors get embarassed in the playoffs (1st round exit probably), look for Kerr to blow up the Warriors and shake things up in the West..

personally, id trade Curry/Iggy/Bogut for an all star big like Gasol or Davis and revolve around Klay/Barnes/Big..

Curry plays no defense, takes bad shots, and doesnt get teammates involved in a rhythm.. hes a regular season all star. Trade him while his value is hot.

ive seen 20 warrior games and attended 6.. theyre fun to watch in the regular season, but any basketball expert will agree, they are not built for the playoffs or "tough" basketball.

theyre softer than most wnba teams, tbh

No you haven't.

Best defense in the league. That's not soft.

Anthony Davis. Who wouldn't anyone trade to get Anthony Davis?

Wouldn't do it for Gasol obviously.

I don't necessarily agree with OP, but who here is going to guarantee the Warriors get past the 1st round? Where the 8th seed could be OKC?

Ignorant fool. Go ahead, explain why the Warriors aren't the best defense in the league. I've heard this shit a couple of times this year. Morons say "I don't care what the numbers say" while providing absolutely nothing to back up their horribly misguided and objectively incorrect statements.

When did Steve Kerr become GM of the Warriors?

You probably should because it's clear from this thread and your other posts you don't watch the actual games

That's beyond retarded.

Well not at all.

Basically is Davis for Curry, Bogut is question mark on heath and Iggy is replaceable.

Now Gasol is and overrated center so No.

If they lose in the early rounds of the playoff and they offered Davis for Curry and something else man that's is a deal.

You can get you a Dragic like in the off-season and trade someone David lee with someone else for a tall center that rebound and play defense and you got and scary team made for the playoffs.

That's beyond retarded.

So you wouldn't trade Iguodala for Davis or Gasol? Obviously, they shouldn't trade Curry or Bogut but Iguodala is way past his prime.

It was the Phoenix Suns ownership that ordered GM Steve Kerr to 1) Cut costs and 2) Change the dynamic of that team. After three straight playoff loses they wanted change and of course, being the cheap franchise they are, they wanted to spend less doing it.

After that year, Steve Kerr made some brilliant trades and re-built the Suns into the (underrated) juggernaut they were in 2010.

comparing an old phoenix suns team whose window for winning a ship was closing by the second to a YOUNGER, BETTER team in the warriors?????

That Suns team and this Warriors team are about the same in my book. Suns are prob a little bit better until proven otherwise.

Yup. They have an 11 SRS....that is freaking absurd.

I don't think they'll sustain that, but if they keep it over 10+ ?

Probably winning the whole thing, conference finals loss at worst.

thats your opinion but those suns teams cant touch these warriors....u think steve nash would of been able to hold curry? those suns teams never got to a nba finals and even if they did i dont think they would of won a ship...pistons (04-05),heat (pre-bron in 06)or celtics(08-10) would of destroyed them every year come finals. they were very overrated....fun to watch...but very overrated.

edit: magic made the finals in 09...would have been the most favorable matchup for the suns or the 07 cavs.. still not sure the suns could have beat either of those teams tho. Bron was unguardable that year and it took coachpop and a still somewhat young/veteran spurs team to tame him. That magic team was loaded with talent.....team went like 11 deep

Getting Shaq that season was an all-time retarded move. There was no way that behemoth was winning another title.
