easier said than done. You're "Stopping" Klay, but then when Curry doesn't have to worry about help coming off of Klay he's that much more effective. Great shooters make a big impact just being on the floor.

Yeah, dude is a legit sniper and has improved his ability to put the ball on the floor. Averages over 20 points a game for proof. Not a curry level creator but not Kyle Korver.

Klay is a great player and a good complimentary player to Curry, but lets be honest if Klay doesn't have a great pg next to him, he is not going to be as effective on the offensive end.

For example put Patrick Beverly next to Klay, is Klay going to put up those same numbers? He might, but I think he is going to put them up on reduced efficiency because more of the offensive pressure will be put on him.

In this Klay vs Harden argument you also have to think about how the players would be in reversed rolls eg Klay playing for the Rockets and Harden playing for the Warriors. When Harden is on the floor for the Rockets, he is not only trying to setup his own offense but he is also creating offense for others. Harden leads the league in assists on 3's I think. Can Klay fit that same role Harden plays as effective as harden does it? Do the Rockets achieve a better or worse record if Klay was playing instead of Harden? I think you will find the Rockets would be worse off.

You also have to think about how the teams are with out either player. Warriors with out Klay would still be a good team, sg is an easy role to fill on the Warriors, just as a long the sg shoots the 3 well from a curry pass. Rockets on the other hand without Harden are going to be terrible and most likely a lottery team. Harden is such an important player for how that team works, because he is literally the houston rockets offense. Klay on the other hand is a great offensive piece but as I said he can be replaced by a decent shooting sg.

Klay is a great player, but those that think he is better or more valuable to his team than Harden is are kind of reaching and probably are not well educated in this game we call basketball.
