Based on what? Base on OEff, they're 2nd to the Clips. (110.6 to 110.3)

They've been 1st in DEff all season and nothing has changed there.

Maybe that guy is using a weird source?

Edit: Perhaps these numbers weren't updated to reflect today's game.

Their play so far has been the best of any team since maybe the 2001 Lakers. Maybe even the 1997 Bulls. Unreal >11 SRS.

I think it might be factoring in the Clipps poor performance tonight.

Championship or bust. I've been watching the NBA for about 15 years...they're one of the best teams I've seen.

They are an amazingly deep team. Let's not forget, they didn't have Bogut last year in the playoffs. Their bench is amazing with Speights, Lee, Iggy and Livington. Those guys could start on many teams.

It's going to come down to how well they play slow down ball come playoff time. I think they can. They have too much talent. They have great defenders and great offensive players. Maybe having a great post-up player would help and that might be their one, glaring weakness come playoff time.

Maybe in the past. But this team has lock down defenders in Iggy, Green and Thompson. And a solid rim protector in Bogut. They will be able to defend the top wing players of the league. When you can throw Iggy and Thompson around and have Green guard anyone from 2-4 at a high level, you have guys who can defend.

Forgot to say, what could cost them come playoff time is their lack of size. They have sacrificed height/length for athleticism. And they could get pounded down low and outrebounded against teams with size/length. Utah, who has more size than anyone, beat them recently.

Don't worry Clips we'll drop their crappy offense back down to number 2 where it belongs for you tonight

David Lee is decent in the post...

But on the other hand he's become that awkward piece that lost his place with the team.

They could cut him and bring up some D-leaguer and probably not skip a beat.

I ll wait playoffs, im not sold yet.

Lee can't play much D but he has always able to score from the post. So at least he gives them that post scoring off the bench if needed. But their lack of size might be their real achillies come playoff time.

Never seen someone write it that way..

Anyone know all the teams who've been Nr.1 in Ortg and Drtg? Has there ever been such a team?

Probably the second greatest team behind the '86 Celts.

Makes sense.

If Bogut stays healthy, this team should win it all. My only concern would be that they might be a bit TOO reliant on the long ball...if Curry and/or Thompson go cold for a game or two, that could result in an upset. But that would be extremely unlucky.

One of the main recipes for a championship winner.

A top 10 defense and offense. Warriors are scary good this year.

I saw warriors games where both went through a scoring slump, but the moment they start hitting the team starts rolling and go on a scoring rampage.

The team is incredibly well rounded. If their defense is locked in, they score in waves.
