Is ****ing insane... Definitely looking most forward to this.

This is the order in which they shoot:

1. Matthews
2. Reddick
3. Harden
4. Irving
5. Thompson
6. Curry
7. Korver
8. Belinelli

The only one who I'd perhaps count out is probably Wes/Kyrie. No idea who will win... I would narrow it down to 4, someone between Korver/Reddick/Curry/Klay.

Top 3 go to the Championship round.

They should make the 3 pt contest where someone passes it to the player. That way, the bird feeders actually have a chance

Don't count Kyrie out. He's a great shooter and has won this before.

Not saying he'll win it, but why count Irving out? He won the contest like 2 years ago and he's shooting a career high three point percentage so far this year.

James harden? :oldlol:

He's shooting 41.4% from 3pt land since Dec 1st. 42.6% since Jan 1st. 47.2% over his last 12 games.

So you're counting out a guy who won the competition two years ago by going through the first four racks without missing? May I ask why? Kyrie's shot is ready-made for a competition like this.

I wouldn't count out Matthews either. Dude is underrated.

I'm going with Thompson though. Like Steve Kerr said, he has the most perfect and effortless form.

Why is it that the NBA can get 8 deserving people in the 3-point shootout, but not 8 of the people who make the most sense for the dunk contest?

Matthews shoots pretty fast too, which should help him in a competition like this.

Shouldnt count out anyone. In fact I bet the least likely people will advance. Which happens to be impossible this year.

Homer pick is James Harden of course
But realistically I think it'll either be Klay,Curry or Reddick

Losing a shooting contest = Less inferiority complex in compared to losing a dunk contest.

The ability to make a wide open shot? every single player in the NBA has that ability. This competition is all luck

Kenny Smith calling Kyrie a big game player but he hasn't seen the playoffs? :biggums:

I think he was referring to how Kyrie generally plays out of his mind in all-star games, against teams that have great PG's, games in MSG, etc.
