I'd trade him for Bradley, Bass, Olynyk, and Melo.

Miami is only bad because of injured, the PG's, and coach. The latter two can be fixed overnight. I don't see how the Knicks can improve though. Their entire roster outside Melo is garbage. They have no picks. That team should just either be moved or contracted.

If the Lakers get a top 5 pick this season and make a couple of decent trades, they should be fine for next season.
