Hey guys, simple question, what movie scenes have made you teary or made you straight up cry?

For me it was:
The Bucket List - Nicholson's speech after something something happens in a certain funeral, won't spoil for anybody who hasn't seen this movie, it's really a gem overall.
Schindler's List - the last Schindler moment, where he realizes how much his pin and the car costs in terms of human lives, just straight up amazing acting, getting to me was easy with this.
Seeking a friend for the end of the world - ending scene where Carrell is looking at Knightley so calm and collected. Really amazing acting, first time I've realized that Carrell can be much more than a silly comic actor.

^^^ Disney movies are sad as FCK :oldlol:

Always some young animal character losing his mom or being separated from his parents

That shit probably traumatizes some kids

Cast Away- When Hanks is found and returns to visit his wife at home, she remarried and had kids but you can tell she still loves him. Saddest scene of any movie I've seen. I let myself cry every time I see it.

The ending of Shawshank Redemption. One's of the greatest endings to a movie. I consider the film to be one of the GOATs

The shower scene in American History X. Instead of a sad tear I cried a tear of happiness because it reminded me of the time when I paid Bandito a visit.

I tear up pretty consistently during my top guilty pleasure movie ever, Elizabethtown.

The road trip scene where My Father's Gun plays destroys me:

And the scene where Susan Sarandon tap dances and Moon River for her dead husband gets me too.

The movie is overall very bad. It's not well acted, the plot is silly, the humor is flat, and it's cheesy and emotionally manipulative. But somehow it all just works for me. :lol

Not particularly.

I'm glad you admired the scene which served to get Spielberg his Oscar though.

Forrest Gump talking to Jenny's grave

Yeah, that's a good one and the one where he tries to ask if Forrest Jr. is retarded are incredibly emotional.

As soon as I saw the title to my mind came the last scene from Man on Fire (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlgz71v1oIk) with Denzel. That music and the little girl running to him was just too much. Classic. And yeah, John Q's (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uax_2mSHiYg) last scene has made me cry too.
Denzel is just too awesome.
