That's some really good special effects NASA had back in 1968... still oddly more realistic than the CGI we've got today. Wonder how they did it?
Would almost make more sense to put the money they spent on special effects towards actually going to the moon, wouldn't it?

Moon conspiracy theorists are also retarded. They lack a basic understanding of science

Those are supposed to represent what, other than miniature toys built by hobbyists?

Not saying that NASA faked their shit but it is not hard to do.
Those models look real as hell if it wasn't for the background and the guys standing next to it. Get a decent camera and zoom in model as it launches and put it on slow motion and you will believe its real.
Heck, without the altering of that video, it looks real. Especially the rocket one I posted.
Look real/fake to me. :confusedshrug:

Kubrick was a hell of a director...

I already showed you in the form of a model rocket.
Your logic is flawed because you think somehow in order to fake it they need CGI. That is not the case since movies made back in the days used model replicas that were scaled down to look realistic.
Those models I've posted are essentially the special effects that one would use to fake a shuttle launch.
Like I said, they look real as hell and if someone were to put a GoPro near the launch or the on the model itself, it can be easily be manipulated as real.

If that looks "real" to you that just means you have a terrible eye for what a damn moon-sized rocket is going to look like. particularly you have an awful sense of scale.
It needs to look real to experts in a variety of given fields. For example, experts in rocketry and fuel management would look at how much volume rocket fuel is necessary to go to the moon, if the rocket meets such size specifications, and what types (liquid, solid, etc) and how they'd need to be stored and injected before liftoff (fuel would need to be cooled to extreme temperatures), etc
The moon rocket was 3 stages, by necessity, the rocket engines all have specifications and dimensions that are physically necessary to perform a specific job. The job of getting to the moon and back. They have to be a specific size to fit that role. Everything's got to stand the scrutiny of experts. Down to every last detail. Details that neither I nor you understand.
You can't fake jack if you think toy shit looks good enough to pass as "real" :lol

In 1 second of film you get 30 times as much information as one picture.

only sheep's would believe that the moon really exists :facepalm
Such a troll thread...
Everybody was sending robots to space and to the moon long before the Apollo missions. They could launch things into space. There's no debate about that.
