But who is liked and who do you root for?

Almost all my basketball watching friends outside of ISH are rooting for the Hawks after the Bucks or Bulls. Couple of my roommates bought Korver and Teague jerseys a couple days ago. Aside from the Hawks fans on here, the team overall is extremely likable.

For ISH, probably Memphis.

Only Memphis because no one really gives a shit about them.

Who is their star? Gasol? His brother takes all the heat. You mention Gasol on this board and I'm pretty sure most think Pau before Marc. Zbo already took his hits back in NY and Portland. Memphis has been his redemption. No one even thinks of Conley, unless it's a "who is the most underrated" thread. Their most hated played is probably Vince, and that stuff is from way before his Memphis career started. Also it seems people are viewing Vince with a more positive light as he's aged. Then I guess there's Tony Allen. Whatever.

Can only think of one or two Memphis fan on this site, too. That must help. Like if suddenly all the Lakers fans left to another site. Everyone could still hate on them, but if no one responds then people are going to move on like it's some irrelevant franchise (at least in the ISH universe).
