Tyson Chandler is a more valuable player.

It's the West, even thought a lot of people got hurt it's still difficult to put everyone playing well in.
Conley, Monta, Lawson and Randolph could very well be in the game as well.

Call me when Tyson puts up 3 20-20 games within a week.

Call me when Tyson puts up 3 20-20 games within a week.

He did it against the Tyson-less (and no C backup) Mavs and the Dwight-less (with no C backup) Rockets. And the chicanery at the end of the game to get him that 20th reb was laughable. As were the 12/26 FTs to get him his points.

Chandler had three 20 rebound games in a row for the Knicks.
Then a bit later had 16 points and 28 rebounds.

Does anyone else rebound on the Clippers?

Does anyone else rebound on the Clippers?

Nope. The Clippers average 13.8 rpg as a team.

Partly yes maybe. Even though the All-Star game is used to celebrate great individual seasons til up to that point, whether it's value to their team or stats-wise, there is still a good deal of spectacle and entertainment value to the game.

Looking at that part, combined with some great performances this season and above average stats, one could make the case that he has been indeed snubbed.

Yes, that is how we are going to act.

It should have been z-bo over Dirk IMO.

All-stars are players you can throw the ball to and they get you a bucket in crunch time. DeAndre Jordan is not an all-star. He scores off garbage buckets.

Great rebounder and I'd love to have him on my team but not an all-star. He would be an all-star if there weren't already a ton of players that are better than him on the team.

The Clippers are not deserving of a 3rd all-star selection.

The Clippers are not deserving of a 3rd all-star selection.

not if blake is healthy but silver made the dirk pick knowing griffin isn't playing. and dirk doesn't even want to be there. it makes so much more sense to give the spot to the guy who is more deserving and would love to play in the game.
