There's an NBA team in Canada. It's called "The Toronto Raptors". Bosh once played there. Vince Carter too. McGrady and even Hakeem. I know, sounds outlandish, but I'm not making things up. There isn't an NBA team in Spain, Germany or Greece though, so no anthems for those countries.

Typical uneducated American, its not because of the players, they have franchises in these two countries. They have always been playing both National Anthems during the ASG.
